SIRCO Property Management (SIRCO PM) is a division of SIRCO (Susanville Indian Rancheria Corporation) with headquarters in Herlong, California. 

SIRCOPM Manages 120 housing units in Herlong California. They consist of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units.

SIRCOPM tenants work at Sierra Army Depot, the Federal Corrections Insitution in Herlong along with SIRCO employees, just to name a few.

Between Herlong and Doyle there are three schools. Public schools in Herlong are part of Fort Sage Unified. Sierra Primary is kindergarten through seventh grade and Herlong High School is eighth through twelve grades.  Located In Doyle is a semi-private school, Long Valley Charter School (K-12).

Some of the recreational places to visit are Eagle Lake and Campground, Almanor Recreation & Park, Lassen Volcanic National Park, Plumas National Forest - Antelope Lake Recreation Area and McArthur-Burney Falls State Park.
